There were golfers across the way and three big gators that we saw with binoculars

Because we met Kyle who has ridden from Florida and carrys binoculars with him because he knows birds!

He showed us this Green Heron and while Stephen was watching him he caught a fish that was almost as big as he was. (the bird that is)

Trafffic was busy today but we never even saw route 17 although I know it's not far to the north of us. The cars were very courteous and there were no trucks today. We are in Southport just short of Wilmington, NC!
