Harleys, Brats and Sauerkraut

Navasota to Willis

Well, we didn't make it until midnight but I did wake up at 2am which would be midnight in Washington! We were up and out of Navasota by 9:30 and it was a beautiful day to ride.

20 miles in we passed by the Drifters Inn House and there were motorcycles outside. We pedaled past it but there's this saying that when there are motorcycles out front, the food is good...Sooo, we turned around to check it out.

There was a big open sign on the outside.

I walked in and asked if they were serving food and the barmaid pointed to a table with warmers on it. Help yourself! It's free for New Years!

Terry checked us in and we are sitting in the store where we have internet! We can see our cabin from the window! Terry let us keep our dairy and other in the cooler while we are here.
