Down By the River

Day off

Woke up to a beautiful morning!

Emma's morning walk

BIke maintanance

Took off all four tires and put on new ones, centered my front rack, shifted the front bags, cleaned the bike and greased the chain.

Step is ever sewing his gloves. He loves the gloves and keeps sewing them so they stay together. They look really cool.

Emma and I took off to check out town, go to the store and find lunch.

We did some exploring

Found the store

visited with Miss Joy

Rode up to the "Shack" for lunch. We called to find out they closed at 2pm and it was 2:04. We were told we could have grilled cheese and beef stew so we zipped up on our bikes and it was good. She made us a half pot of decaf coffee and we had oatmeal raisin cookies that were just baked. She made a grilled cheese for Stephen and we took it to him.

We rode back to the store to pick up milk and a can of beans for dinner

Now we can go home and relax on our porch for the evening listening to Osprey, petting kitties and dogs that come by to say hello and resting up for tomorrow's ride!
