Heading south, from Z to A

We headed south toward Meadville, Pa. We entered Erie on Pennsylvania Bicycle Route “Z” which intersects Route “A” a block from our hotel.

The route is well marked and the shoulder was adequate the whole way to Meadville.

We encountered significant rain for the first time on this tour but we’re able to get into our AirB&B early. The central heat was not turned on for the year and we quickly blew the circuit breaker using two space heaters.
