Riding the Badger to Michigan: Terry’s birthplace

Today was a rest day but we did make progress toward Maine. We boarded the SS Badger ferry at 1 pm to ship across Lake Michigan. We arrived in Ludington, Mi at 7 pm. My brother Doug was waiting for us and will ride with us the next 4 days. We went to the hotel and then had dinner. Tomorrow we ride to Muskegon, Mi.
