Rest day: Well earned

With a little later start today Kelly and I headed to the local market. It occupied every nook and cranny of the lower town. Many locals were out doing their shopping with tourists smattered among them. The market included everything you could imagine but the best was all of the local fruits and vegetables. We are here in strawberry season so we have been enjoying them right out of the fields every morning. We also bought a pint for a treat today. I had almost forgotten how good the taste is of local fresh strawberries. I also found a few more napkins to match the ones that I already have at home. Kelly found a nice pair of crops since many of her clothes no longer fit.

The VERY delicious local strawberries.🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓

Given that we are in an olive growing region there were many olive vendors. His tapenade was especially delicious.
