Wesel - Around Europe in 80 days - CycleBlaze

Wesel

The road the Wesel was mostly smooth tar. But the uneven parts was slightly frustrating: with every hop, my luggage would shift slightly. After a handful of kilometers or so, I would worry about the balance. So I would stop to fix it.

The next day at breakfast, I met another Vrienden op de fiets rider. He traveled very light and did not camp.

Then I rode 20 km back down stream to some Roman ruins called Xalten. Some of it have been rebuilt in modern times using modern materials.
