The Thumb - ending at Otter Lake

This will be short for a few reasons. Last night there was No Internet and no electric, so I shut the phone down. This is all the day after.

A highlight of the day. The fellow cleaning this up showed me around the inside.

First, I know the mileages do not jive. I inadvertently did not"resume" when I left Brown City for Lake Otter.

Really not much to say about today's riding as it was all about fields. Though I did have a wonderful start along a bike path.

I had my best night sleep so far on this trip. After a lazy afternoon, with a nap, that was a treat.

So the Bruce Mansion is pretty rough. But some of original items are extant, e.g. chandelier maddalions, curved base molding. It was super to get the tour. It would be great to have it return to at least some of it's early glory. Built in 1847 for 5k!
