At our lunch stop in Pomata yesterday we had a choice of Seco de Pollo (chicken with a herby green sauce) or Pollo Dorada (fried chicken).  I had the Seco de Pollo while Leigh chose badly.  Why, you may ask.  Because at one o'clock this morning she was doing a one person harmony in el baño.  By nine o'clock this morning things had settled sufficiently for her to keep an Immodium down but she was still pretty weak.

Last night's digs would have been OK for one night but since further travel today was out of the question I went off to look for better accommodation for tonight.   So later in the morning we packed up and cycled further into the town to where Leigh had originally thought we should have spent last night.  

She still a bit shaky but hopefully we will be ready to hit the road again tomorrow.   As the saying goes, stuff happens.
