Reception: Out of Africa

When Rachel was in Australia deciding whether to track Patrick down and go to Africa, she went to a travel clinic in Brisbane. She needed to know if there were additional vaccination required. On the elevator on the way up to the clinic, the music of Out of Africa was playing.

Did this mean she was to supposed to go to Africa or stay out?
