7 months agoIt must be very old! We went metric in 1975. The sign is in the woods next to the road, not right on the road.
7 months agoI read that as not recommended for commercial and recreational vehicles. I still remember my surprise at seeing 7(!) tour buses travelling the opposite direction the first time we drove the Duffey Lake Road between Pemberton and Lillooet.

7 months agoKaslo, Nelson, New Denver: my three favorite towns in Canada (I grew up in NW Montana, we went to Creston every fall to buy boxes of apples for the winter).
