wow, i had no idea this is where the LDS church started -- if you see any tap dancing, then we'll know that the musical was truly accurate

Hi Chuck,
I binge read your blog over the weekend, after Adelina serendipitously crossed our Moms’ chat (planning our next outing), with details on your hotel accommodations. It was fun to witness Arlington Command Central in action! Adelina sent us this link after I asked about pictures of your ride, which I loved seeing - and I have been mesmerized by your thoughtful prose. Pedal on! Sending you positive thoughts, Ellie (Senior, not daughter)

I’m enjoying your blog. My wife and I are riding across country from Mass., too, albeit in short stages each summer. We took a different route to where you are now, but really enjoyed the canal way. Lockport is very interesting (https://www.crazyguyonabike.com/doc/buzzardsbay).

Hope sun will be headed your way!

Yup you’re definitely out of the Adirondacks! Very water based culture in this part of the state. Enjoy the local beauty!

Grew up near Pulaski! Was one of the local options to get your drivers license test taken… word was that they were harder there so I avoided it! Safe riding!

You don't realize how much you rely on your mirror until you are without it.
I knocked mine off my helmet the other day but I retained it and reattached it with a spot ofcontact adhesive.

Fun to see Boonville. It’s where my wife grew up, and where we got married. Lots of great memories of my wife, kids and I visiting Grandma and Grandpa in Boonville!
