Thanks for the comment, Gregory. I truly wondered whether I could pull off the elevation and miles in the time frame Josh had us on. Our SAG team was a huge part of the success, as were the hotels/motels and eating really well all week. I looked over one of your entries and agree with you that it's not only fun to experience these adventures, but there's great pleasure in figuring out how to put them into words for sharing. Looking forward to following along and revisiting this magical road. We biked north from Blowing Rock to Philadelphia up this and the Shenandoah Parkway years ago and have wanted to return ever since.
