You are absolutely correct. The jammer designation is just a shorthand for the overall quality and quantity. As Jacquie said, 3 homemade jams with the full range of meat, cheeses, yogourt, cereals, breads, eggs, etc way out jammers 6 packaged jams with bread, croissants, boiled eggs, a dish of apples and some packaged yogurt.

It’s really hard to wait that long for dinner! I don’t blame you for not smiling.

They are definitely safer, in my opinion but the best thing is to avoid busy roads wherever possible. We definitely don’t want anything to happen to either of you!

I rate one or two homemade jams above a bigger selection of commercial jams. Those in the stupid plastic packages don’t even rate.

Definitely don’t drink the non potable water! I have a cast iron stomach but got sick once from doing this.

Huh. Wierd. I imagine Jacinto just stood up and biked over the top, happy to have come to a hill; but on your recumbent I think you'd have noticed.

You know what I think bothers me the most is not being able to communicate in a casual conversation. My bike draws lots of attention. I can tell people are saying positive things, from their facial and body cues. But I don't know what they are saying. The best I can do is smile largely and nod my head.

Desperate times call for desperate measures. Jacinto said when he was a child, they used to sleep on the roof of the house to try and catch a breeze at night. The houses were flat roofs, to state the obvious.
