About

I'm an Australian cycle tourist who first took up the habit over 30 years ago, kicking off with a 14 month tour in Europe on a second hand bike, with 'toy' camping gear purchased from a french hypermarche. Since then there have been another 14 month Europe trip, a year in South America, a 15 month trip in India and South East Asia, a 2000km trip down the Murray River in a Hobie pedal kayak, and 25+ 1 month tours, usually in Australia's Snowy Mountains and the Australian Alps.
