About

I'm a 60-something cyclist that does a few 4-7 day tours each year, mostly in areas accessible within a day (by car) from my home in NE Ohio.   I'm the owner of bikeportage.com, a site dedicated to connecting local and traveling cyclists to my local and regional trails via the safest road routes possible.  These routes include the Cleveland Bypass for the Northern Tier Route which uses many trails to skirt around the city via shady trails and quiet country roads.
