Day 34 - Colter Bay Village to Grand Teton Park and RV - 5.5 miles East Moran Junction: Resting Up For The Big Climb

We took a short day today...we thought it would be around 25 mi according to the ACA map but we only did 18? That's ok tomorrow we have to climb 13 mi. Rest is the name of the game today.

We had a really fun ride to here. Again with the rolling hills and the Flowers! There are so many I just can't believe it. I want to stop every five minutes to take pictures. Speaking of pictures. I have been trying to upload pictures for the last three days I missed and today and you can see I have only some on the Driftwaters page. I may not get any more loaded I am giving my self a major headache and I am supposed to be relaxing!! The WiFi here works for awhile then kicks you off.

So.......unless it gets better this might be Good Night!

Frost at Grant Village Camp. Was 37 when we left in the morning!

Buffalo - would not stop eating or raise their heads!!

Dominique - was so friendly! She wanted to make sure we had energy for our ride. Giving us vitamins and and lots of smiles, encouragement and appreciation!

They are serious about Bear Beware...all food, water, cooking items, cosmetic items must be locked away. Do not even brush teeth or wash dishes in camp site!

Along the ride today...the flowers were so intense. Beautiful!

Da Brim...we get two to three people a day asking about them. Everyone seems to really like them. Today before we left the store we had our three ! They are a hit! We saw another couple with them today going West. Maybe it's just the handsome model.

They wanted $50 a night for this camp spot in the sun....?! We paid $8 a night in the National Parks and only $10 a night at Driftwaters. Most are $10-20.

We up graded to a room with a view for a few $$$$ more. It gave me a cooler place to spend six hrs trying to get this posted!
