Day 031 - Rest Day

We had a good day today.  We got up around 7AM, had breakfast, and then spent the rest of the morning in our room.  Jeanna spent her time reading and browsing the internet, while I spent my time reading and then making phone calls to order parts Phoenix Bike Wrx will need for our new Seavo build.

It was around noon before we were ready to tour Gettysburg.  Our first stop was the National Park Visitors Center.

There was much more to see in the Visitors Center, but several school buses showed up while we were there, and the place became overrun with kids.  They were well-behaved, but it just became too crowded for us, so we left to start the self-guided auto tour.  We did not take the tour in order, rather we just started at the stops that were closest to us.

The following are from Tour Stop 13 - Spangler's Spring.

After a few hours and a lot of walking, our feet were tired and we decided to call it a day.  We stopped at a grocery store to buy a salad for dinner and then spent an enjoyable evening in our room playing computer games.   Life is back to being good!  :-)
