Day 130 Burlington, ON

September 1, 2019

We've had a great day with Sharon and Dave. We slept late, had breakfast, then Dave drove us into Toronto to have lunch at their club. It was a little strange to ride 65 mph on a busy eight lane highway after months on a bike.

There was an airshow over Lake Ontario today. We watched a plane draw this heart and add the arrow.

The marina at the Boulevard Club. Sharon has been a member of the club since childhood.

We weren't so lazy that we went back to their house and played cards all afternoon - we just stayed and played at the club.

We played three games of Euchre - Women 3, Men 0. Dave is still smiling because we were only in the second game here.

After we got back to the house, Sharon set up for Rummikub, but our opponents weren't ready to play.

We'll wake them up and get them to play later.

Tomorrow, we're riding to Caledonia, ON. On Tuesday morning another friend will meet us there and spend the day riding with us.
