Stopped by Wyant’s Store in White Hall, VA. Apparently it is the oldest family-run store in the country (established in the 1880s).

Biked passed house of June Curry, also known as “The Cookie Lady”. For over 35 years this lady offered food, lodging, water and showers to cyclists passing through her town. Over 14,000 cyclists are believed to have visited her.
Biked up 5,000 ft of elevation up the scenic Blue Ridge Mountains.
Coincidentally ran into a family from my hometown in northern California.
Camped in the small town of Love, VA. Some brief thunderstorms.
Today's ride: 47 miles (76 km)
Total: 304 miles (489 km)
