Day 4 - Richmond to Mineral, VA
76 miles and 2,700 ft of climbing in 90 degree weather.
I had a coupon for a free iced coffee at Wendy's and it gave me an upset stomach the entire day. I was also cramping from the heat so had to lie down for a while. This day ended up being the most difficult day of the entire trip and possibly any day for me on a bike.

I ended up arriving at the end destination, the Mineral Volunteer Fire Department, as the sun was setting I was hungry, hadn't made dinner, or setup my tent yet, so had to do a lot of that in the dark.
