This is Neal, my Warm Showers host the last two days. He took great care of me and then escorted me through neighborhood streets to the C & O Canal Tow Path where he left me at Great Falls.

A quarter of a mile up the C & O Tow Path I encountered this. I had to take the bags of the bike and lift the bike over ....
