To meyersdale PA

There had been a lot of talk about rain. We hoped there would be a let up at some point to dash our scheduled 12 miles to Meyersdale along the Casselman River. There was a light rain nearly the whole way and 60 F temperatures. It was described as great weather for a rainy day. We saw many cyclists again today even with our short distance. We were able to get into our rooms before 1:30, where I am holed up.

The building was used to manufacture caskets at one time and had several other uses over the years before its current use by mostly cyclists on the GAP. Is it haunted? Maybe.

One of the riders  had trouble yesterday and they eventually decided to  take him to urgent care. The tests did not show anything troublesome, but he did not ride today and may not tomorrow. It made for a full day for the support team. We do not take them for granted.
