day 4 to Madrid
good weather
Today was more like the trip we imagined. It finally got over 60 F. Jackets and tights were being taken off. We rode on the Raccoon River Valley Trail and the High Trestle Trail over the Des Moines River. Only 650 ft of elevation due to the trails. We still had some headwind, but a nice day for cycling .
