Barco to Virginia Beach: I made it!

Final day of riding, and truly enjoyable. Knotts Island and the Mackay Refuge were so quiet and calm.

Tonight I'm very fortunate to be staying with wonderful warmshower hosts, Jim and Barb Sheil. A most delicious dinner on the grill, many glasses of iced tea, and a very special breakfast -- blueberry pancakes. Delicious. It would be great to visit them again!
