Day 4 - Waynesboro
Day 4 - Loft Mountain to Waynesboro had some nice descents and ascents with less winding roads compared to the early sections. Like the previous Wayside, breakfast is not available leaving Loft Mountain. Waynesboro is the next opportunity for real food, if you don't want to wait for the Wayside to open.

The 30-plus miles to town offers a lot of rolling terrain and three big winding descents - two in the park and one into Waynesboro. The route into Waynesboro is a busy with rough road surfaces compared to the park.
