Like the P’tit Train du Nord Rail Trail, I have always wanted to bike the Erie Canal . . . both are great summer destinations if you live in warmer, more humid climates.

The Erie Canal . . . I originally wanted to go through Buffalo, but Jerry wanted to be "efficient," so we made for Tonawanda, NY, which is where the 1850s rebuilt canal terminated.
