The forecast for Sunday was accurate, with snow starting to fall around 7am, and continuing for most of the day, alternating with rain.
We booked in for another night and settled into watching the weather from a cozy couch.
At breakfast we had met some other guests and had a great, wide ranging conversation. In the group were 2 x PhDs, a currency trader for a major US Bank, a political scientist, and an international financial analyst.
We particularly enjoyed a Belgian couple who live in California and were very funny. Luis and Marie took pity on us and offered to give us a lift to dinner for a genuine night out with locals.
