Day 2: 3 Rivers Resort to Fairholme campground

While we still had access to a vehicle, we drove to the Hoh rainforest in the morning and walked a few trails - amazing! Scott M’s wife dropped us off at the 3 Rivers Resort around noon, and we continued our journey while she drove back to Ballard. The ride through the Olympic National Park/Forest was beautiful and the rail trail was very nice. Logging 44 miles for the day, we arrived at the Fairholme campground at the east end of Lake Crescent. pictures to follow when I have a better signal.
