Bên Tre to Ho Chi Minh City

The first dozen km to My Tho was along busy roads.

From there I followed the pedestrian routing of Google Maps. It was quieter roads, but at least 7 km was unpaved. There were also two ferry crossings.

Some of the major routes in HCMC consists of 2 roads with 2 lanes email each in each direction. So the commercial traffic is separated by barriers from the motorcycles.

It appears that I was the first international guest to stay at the Dong Nam Hotel in Can Tho. During check in, they took this photo of me and has since included it in their profile on Booking.com

There were many dragon fruit farms on today's route.
