Day 9 - Libby to Peck Gulch Campground

We left Libby to a smokey sunrise, but the smoke diminished as the day went on. Spent the the whole day on Highway 37 which had great riding. It had virtually no traffic and nice views of Koocanusa Lake. Ended the day at Peck Gulch Campground. The access road to the Camground went further downhill than we would have liked, and there was zero shade, but it was home for the night. Some rain clouds moved in soon after setting up camp which provided some sprinkles and sun relief. Still hot today, though not as bad as the first few days in Idaho. We actually pushed on a little further than planned today, what's up with that?

Eerie but beautiful sunrise. We weren't sure how smokey it would get.
