Day 6 - Finlay Flats CG to Bull River CG

Made an early escape from Finlay Flats CG, climbed out on the gravel Forest Service Road back to Highway 200. Resupplied at a gas station mini-mart in Trout Creek and also topped off the air in my tires. 200 was quiet this Sunday morning, and the views along the Clark Fork river were very pleasant. Heat was again the theme of the day and we called it quits by 11am at the Bull River Campground. No showers but water was available, and we had ample food (and warmish beer) to consume. Camp hosted stated no power outlets were available, but I discovered a live one at the group picnic area just up river, and hung out there in the shade while my gadgets charged up.

Resupply! The ice filled Hydra Flask proved to be invaluable, as did the warm beer.

The Ranger Stations were useful for updates on Forest Fire activity and campground info.
