We're Back! Janice is not 100% but she's ready to ride.  Honestly,  I did not expect us to be back this year but she'll not be denied.  Things are falling into place.

We spent the last 2 days seeing the country the wrong way.  Today was Knoxville, TN to Knoxville, MD.  We covered 1427 miles in 2 days.  Our bike tour will be at a slower, more enjoyable pace!  After picking up our bikes at Conte's Bike Shop in DC, we're back at Cross Trails Hostel where attempt #1 unexpectedly ended on Day One when Janice fell and could not continue. 

The forecast is for good weather and we planned a much easier day including a stopover at Antietem Battle Field, about 32 miles unless we get lost somewhere. More tales from the trail are coming.
