In Ioannina

Ioannina grows on you quickly. In our first night here we arrived too late in the day for more than a quick trip up to castle hill. Today we had slonger, with time enough to complete a circuit of the old city. We could have used more time still and would like to have taken the ferry out to the island in the lake. Just one more reason to come back some year.

For now this is just a photo dump, taking advantage of a decent WiFi connection. I’ll come back some day and fill in some blanks.
