Our first tent camping site is at an RV park in Dateland AZ.  Each rider gets his/her own tent; each married couple gets a larger tent.

The area grows a lot of dates.  I enjoyed a date milkshake at the nearby truck stop.

We learned that, between Vacna and Dateland, one of our riders, Jane, had a serious biking accident and was airlifted to a medical center in Goodland AZ.  Hope she can rejoin us.
