A reader asked for a photo of the crawfish boil.  Here's a plate (really a big platter) for one person, filled with boiled crawfish, potatoes, corn on the cob, and mushrooms.   Yummy!  But I needed a lot of time to peel the crawfish on my platter (and the meat was only in their tails).
