Bob has a wonderful and relaxing place in Ft Lauderdale. He lives on the north side of town away from the "downtown" beach bar scene on the 20th floor with a great view looking west, which is by far the better view. While people may clamor for the ocean view and sunrise, I'd rather sleep in and have my morning coffee without the sun on my face. And then you get that beautiful sunset right before the city lights come on (and not that vast darkness that is the ocean at night).

So morning coffee on the balcony, overlooking the intercoastal waterway, sailboats, water taxis, and other assortments of boats and pleasure crafts, was very relaxing.
