(Huh.  It looks like I left off with this journal earlier than I remembered.  All that’s here and in the next entry is the estimated elevation gain for the day.  I’ll see if I can find some photos and a few words to flesh this out.)

Well, we’ve been to the storage unit and found exactly one photograph from this day, our arrival in Ajaccio.  And I’ve opened up the memory bank and found exactly one reliable memory - of how much I enjoyed our waterfront meal, and the complementary myrtille liquor chaser.  Pretty good!
