Victoria ride and lunch

After a few days off the bike to visit and celebrate Canada's 150th birthday we got back on the bike. Today we did a lovely 68km reverse tour of Victoria. We came across some deer including a new fawn, some beautiful scenery as always and my favorite the baby goats in Beacon Hill Park. Deer are an ever present hazard to cyclists in this area so you have to be vigilant. We stopped at a great burger restaurant downtown and then headed home.

A bike repair stand that is permanently located on the Lochside trail.

If you get tired you can always call a pedi-cab. The peacock was just a bonus.
