Day visit to Zion National Park

Many visitors to Zionn National Park only see the main canyon. But the Eastern side is also very interesting.

The tunnel that connects the two are closed to cyclists and pedestrians. I found it very easy to hitchhike in both directions without my bicycle. (In theory it's possible to hitchhike in one direction and hike back along the East Rim Trail. But it will require careful planning as the only water sources are in the main canyon)

The rocks walls have so many different patterns.

There was a thundershower and hail storm followed by this double rainbow.
