We left Paris this morning via the TGV train to Reims.  Once there we walked to see the famous cathedral where numerous French kings were coronated over the centuries since the 400s.  The cathedral was damaged during both world wars but has been refurbished several times and in fact it needs constant replace because it is sandstone a very soft rock.  Before we went into the cathedral Tim spotted a nice restaurant where enjoyed some champagne and tapas.  Our meeting to set up the bikes and get the trip briefing was at 6PM after which went for a light dinner.

Yvonne McLeanLove your photos, Margaret and Hilary. Keep them coming. Guess the weather wasn't the best for sightseeing but not the worst either.
