What's it all about?

On 16th June 2023, I will start cycling from Brighton in the UK with a group of 20 other cyclists, many with Parkinson’s, and heading to Barcelona over a 17 day ride. We are heading to the World Parkinson Congress in Barcelona. Average daily ride is 106km.
