Muncie to Richmond Indiana

Last night in Indiana. Ohio just 100 yards down the road.

Last day in Indiana! We could see Ohio from our hotel room.

Really pleasant ride. 45 miles of it on a really nice paved trail. Cardinal Greenway. There were cardinals on it but not as many as you would expect from the name of the trail.

I'm waiting for my riding buddy Stan who knew the names of these three flowers: Butter something...He just got back to me! Butterweed, a "native" invasive species. We had a good discussion at dinner about what that actually means.

Ohio Spiderwort - There was just one plant tucked in behind the Butterweed I was taking a photo of and Stan saw it. So pretty!

People We Meet: These two really nice ladies were hosting the Welcome Center in Indiana (even though we were leaving they were the entry from Ohio for folks going the other way.) I am so embarrassed I did not write down their first names. The lady on the left is from Ohio ad the one on the right Georgia but they did Indiana proud and John and I had a great talk with them and learned where the term "hoosiers" came from!
