FYI - for those on the Northern Tier Route - I have been told that Highway 20 is no longer closed, so you can follow the ACA route now. Unfortunately, it's 2 weeks late for me now - I had to divert south and go a long way around to reach Anacortes - but that's why they call it an adventure! Best of luck,
