I think that's significantly more lights than the hard core ride-in-the-dark North Shore mountain bikers use.  I'm referring to the famous Vancouver North Shore (https://www.mountainbikingbc.ca/vancouver-coast-mountains/north-shore/) of course.  I don't ride there at nightsince those trails are too challenging for me during daylight, so I can't say for certain.
