Looks like a gorgeous day for riding. And nice ending to a short, but eventful tour. See you in Napa!

I meant "fell" not "feel" :-)

I’m with Jim on the Tejava.

Nice ride, kids. Thanks for taking us along.

Jim says this should last a month. He has had to cut his usage back by half.

How long will 13 bottles hold Jim? Did he ask if they had more in the back room?

Jacinto has discovered (cutting out a very long story), that the important part of his favorite coffee is the chicory. We bought a bag of chicory on Amazon. As long as he goes half and half of coffee and chicory, it doesn't seem to matter what the coffee is. He claims he's going to make a pot of only chicory, but hasn't given me a report on that yet. Ironic that chicory used to be the cheap coffee substitute. Now it is more expensive than coffee.

I did a mixed wrap of KT and Duct tape and it has helped. NSAID and ice too. I think tomorrow will be OK.
Today was a really pretty and fun ride, ankle pain aside. I would definitely recommend it.

This road sounds pretty great. I’ll have to try it some time soon.

Those “people” have been there for a long time. Looking in good shape.

Hi Kathleen,
Thanks for reading. All the riding from Salinas to the top of the hill beyond Greenfield is new to us and we are looking forward to it. Good to know that River Rd is a good ride. The mission hasn’t been on our radar but we’ll consider whether we might stop or not.

I’m really interested in this ride. I know PG to Salinas to Greenfield pretty well, but never went over the mountains. River Road to Greenfield is great. Will you be stopping at the Soledad mission?

Have fun!
