Hi Mike,
6 years agoCapes are the only way to stay dry IMHO. Rain jackets keep the sweat in, so are not good except if its really cold. I got a new cape last year with a hood and an elastic around the bottom that stretches around the handlebar bag. I find even better for those wet summer days.
