the nuts tightened up and squeezed the bearings. messed up the races.
9 months agoThere were more bicycle friendly streets besides the usual trails and paths. Narrow streets that discouraged vehicles bur were nice for bikes.

This is one of the unexpected advantages of using a mirror. One can drift in and out of the smoother pavement of the road without a ton of neck-turning.
Did you guys do a drivetrain cleaning after all the gravel riding? Or save that 'til the end?
9 months agoMy paternal grandma, who moved to Florida in her later years, once told me: "Don't even PRETEND to feed them. "They'll flock above and when they crap on you, it's so hot it'll just about burn ya!" ^_^

9 months agoI hear from Cari's Toronto family that a lot of people live in Missisauga and commute to Toronto. Housing is SUPER-expensive in Toronto.
9 months agoThat part of Canada is full of vineyards. Cari and I stopped at Wayne Gretzky's vineyard/distillery and had a nice time there.
