Andrew Fatseas commented on a photo in Hat Yai

Someone should ask Grant Petersen what the hell he was thinking when he made those chainstays so long

Honoured Gentlemen Fatseas, Magee and Wee (alphabetic order)!
I feel indeed extremely proud that Khun Magee, whose writing skills to me are on the same level as Sigmund Freud and Charles Bukowski, dedicated this page to me, his humble German friend. Obviously my joy is overshadowed by IOM´s hesitation but nobody can take this quality piece of literature away from me anymore and I will suggest it to the Pullitzer Commitee.

I will try my best to find a psychiatrist in Trang. Prices are good there.

I predict that you're going to bump into some more acquaintances next week 😊

Healed in body, yet sadly, not mind.

I believe Frank tries to stay as far away from Yala as possible.
Thoroughly traumatized by a hair line cut on his knee by that bomb blast, that was immediately healed by a band aid pasted on by a noodle seller opposite the bank.

I'm sure Frank will feel very honoured

I've seen this view more than twice. Perhaps someday I'll experience it 'live'

Isn't double tap a reference to two shots, as in executions mafia style? The second shot is kind of making sure of success, even if you're good at the first.

As for the toilet, my preferred term for a second deposit is 'Part Deux'

And to top if off, there's hardly any shoulder on that road.

Andrew Fatseas commented on Deep Into The Red Zone

Are you sure that you qualify as a tourist? You're more or less a resident of Thailand and you've ridden your bike pretty much everywhere. So when you go riding now you might be a bike tourist but you're not really a tourist, you're just a white guy on a bike who got lost and ended up in the red zone.

When your journal disappeared for a couple of days my little heart sank. So glad to see it return.

I think both you and Andrew should. It would be funny. Frank will still have the glory, we're just short timers.

When I cancelled my trip to Singapore, I thought he would die by then, but he somehow hangs on. I told my wife not to tell me if he dies though, as even though I know it will happen soon, it will still destroy me.

I enjoy sharing my music. I'm like a mobile DJ bringing music never before heard in these parts. It's fun.

Navigation and nostalgia.

I considered buying a JBL clip having heard you rave about it. But instead I got some little Bluetooth in ear headphones.
