I had to return to this section because I went to college nearby. I’ve driven this section of 14 many times during my travels to and from Keuka College.

Finally it all came together. Two months late and two days short, but still: https://www.cycleblaze.com/journals/europe2021/to-villach/

Oh, sure. We’ll just hop on the bikes and dash over there. Should make a great midwinter ride!

Keeping in mind the future planning: If you are back in Portland in November, we will be home in Boise,
would love to have you guys visit and that we finally meet.

Hi,
Looking at this now checking out your route in more detail because we just left Erie and staying in Ripley at Warmshowers host...heading for Buffalo and the Erie Canalway.
Thanks for the congratulations on our mutual Anniversaries.
We should be celebrating Rachel's 71st B-day at Niagara Falls.

That picture would make a great 1000 piece puzzle!

Thanks again, Rich. Not this year it looks like, but I’m really looking forward to stitching Limoux into our itinerary soon. Of course, if you should find yourselves in Bavaria or Italy this fall, be sure to let us know.

He IS lucky! And such a freeloader. It’s not easy carrying this little brick around everywhere. He isn’t always suitably appreciative either. We’re thinking of starting to charge him a tourism assessment, maybe a fee for each new country or state we take him to.

Thanks, as always, for the entertaining and thorough documentation of your travels. Always a great way to start the day .. seeing what you two are up to.

Can't wait to see where you take GBO next. He's the luckiest bottle opener I know!
